Post 4.6L Starting Problem

I sha ve a problem with my truck starting in the morning.

It is a 4.6L with 78,000 miles on it.

I try to start it in the morning and it will turn over but either won't start or will start and idle at around 500 rpm. I have to pull the truck out and drive it to get it warmed up or it will die.

I have already changed out the temperature sensors with no success.

Any help would be appreciated

Had a similar problem, I was using 93 octane fuel with everything stock. It would not start when it was cold. I had to change to 87 octane, that cured the problem. I don't know the octane you are using but that was my experience.
