automatic headlights on/off

Is there a way to turn this feature off? My F-150 Lariat has the feature where the lights will stay on and automatically turn off after 30-seconds to 3 minutes depending on the setting.

And the lights will automatically turn-on if the environment is too dark? I would like to control when I turn my lights on and off.

You don't state what year model you have... but if you have the adjustable autolamp, then simply turn it to off... no more automatic headlights. If you have the newer model, non adjustable autolamp feature, then make sure your main headlight switch is in the off position, not the autolamp position.

If you have the 97, then you should have two thumbwheels next to each other on the dash... one controls the dash lights, the other is the autolamp. Rotate it until it clicks off... no more autolamp.
