Engine problem?
Have an ongoing problem that seems to be getting worse with 98 4.6L.
At idle in park with minimum throttle response (push on the gas peddle
at little) a distinctive rumble is heard from the engine compartment
(prob dirvers side). Does not seem to be piston slap (but poss) seems more
compression/vacum assoc. This rumble also seems to affect and is assoc with idle (back off pressure). ANY IDEAS - Driving me nuts.
