Cool

HI!... The regular 5.4's and 4.6's use the FORD standard 19lb injector. They have a bright orange body. The LIGHTNING injectors are 42lb, and are bright green. The stock 19LB injectors can support up to 304h.p (flywheel) at 100% duty cycle. If you install LIGHTNING 42lb injectors in a regular 5.4 with no mods or supercharger, you will "DROWN" it with fuel. They are a universal bodied injector and the LIGHTNING injector WILL fit into the 5.4's intake ports and fuel rail ports. Hope this helps you out.

HI!... The most common ones are 19, 24, 30, 36, and 42. You only need to upgrade to a larger fuel injector if your engine is starving for fuel. In your case with the mods you have, the 19lb'ers are plenty for you. Remember when changing to larger injectors you need to either get a SUPERCHIP and have a speical custom program done or send your MAF sensor in and get it recalibrated for whatever size injector that is installed.
