Question Performance Upgrades?

I am new to the boards so in advance my apologies for any mistakes. I have a 93 F150, I6,4 speed manual, 101K on it. I run mainly highway and on rare occasions tow a 2,000 pound camper.
I would like to make some improvements for power and don't know where to start. I would like to look into a K&N setup and a new chip. Could someone please point me in the right direction to pursue. I also should mention that I picked up the truck from a used dealer on 2/26/00 and on 3/01/00 I broken down over 100 miles from home at 9:00 PM and the truck is now back at the dealer until at least Monday, boy how sad is that. All your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve

you broke down 100 times? Bad news...

1-chip
2-filtercharger or FIPK
3-exhuast.

You don't necessarily have to go in that order.

Good luck
