Post Intake Q's

I'm building a new intake and i just need to know what to do with the hose that goes from the valve cover to the filter box. what is that hose for? does the intake need oil? does the oil need air??? please help!

It's part of your PCV, Positive Crankcase Ventilation system, and yes, you need it. It keeps the crankcase from getting pressured up and blowing all of your oil out.

It needs a source of clean, filtered air. And thats what it was getting from the filter box. Don't plug it, and don't leave it open to unfiltered air.
