Question Alternator whine at low speed

Hi everybody!
Got actually two questions for you. First, I have a anoying alternator whine at low speeds up to 40km/h (25mph). Does anybody else have this? If so, what did you do? Secondly, I expirience a droneing sound at speeds of 85-105km/h (53-63mph). I think it comes from the intake manifold or air filter. If anybody has this problem/noise let me know. Again, what did you do? Is there a fix. Is it normal? etc.
