What is it and what does it do? Sorry for the ignorance, but I've only had my truck for a little over a month; so I'm still learning.
Also how much HP does it produce? Does it help on MPG? And, do they make a kit for the 4.2L??

They sell them there.
I don't think they have released to 4.2L version yet.
