2008 Ford F150 misfire issues

Need help. For misfires, will spark plug replacement be sufficient or will I need coils replaced too? Also, shld all be replaced or just the misfire issue ones.

If your spark plugs have more than 60k miles on them, replace them all.

At 60, may as well swap them all. You near whatever point they are desirable, anyway. Poke into an egg carton or sharpie the cyl # on them for inspection. Then, swap the missing cyl COP with another and see if the code reader swaps which cyl is misfiring. Replacing them all is nice. You get a small set-discount, but it isn't demanded. But when one goes, it depends on age/miles and driving circumstances if the rest will be far behind... and how far... and upon your wallet.

Spark plugs are cheap compared to coils. Do the plugs first. Just be aware that if you have an early 2008 (black coil boots) the plugs may stick and break.
