I was driving form work tonight and all of a sudden I lost a lot of power. The check engine light came on and the light on the over drive started to blink. Removed my Super Chip thinking this might be the problem but still no power, disconnected the battery for a while still run bad any ideas it is a 2001 SuperCrew 4X4 5.4 liter with a little over 40K.

Probably the transmission if the OD light was blinking... take it in asap. That would explain no power and the blinking lights.
