2019 5.0 misfire

2019 5.0 misfire
Hey everyone,
I am new here. Last summer I picked up a 2019 F150 5.0 with a roush supercharger. It currently has 50k miles Recently it has developed a misfire on cylinder number 6. So far, I have swapped coil packs between 5 & 6, swapped fuel injectors between 5 & 6, and put a new spark plug in 6 gapped correctly. I am still getting a misfire on number 6. Any ideas or advice for a fix would be greatly appreciated!

At this point I'd use an inline spark tester and a noid light to check injector firing. Could be a wiring issue with either circuit. If they both check good it's time for a compression test.
