2010 5.4 into 2005 Expy

I've searched the forum and for the most part I've found this doable without problems.

That being said I found one thread where a poster commented that a user here had done it and it turned into a nightmare.

So, I'm asking the question again - should it be cut and paste or a bunch of mods?

TIA!

two valves? three valves? four valve?

so many unanswered details, so we honestly can’t help ya yet - I think you’re in over your head at this point

I thought it was pretty obvious both 3 valve engines but I guess not? Were their multiple valve configurations in 2010? I was referencing an F150 engine - should have said that I guess.
