PCM relay

PCM relay
Pcm relay is not showing ground or power on one post. Not sure if it is the fuse box or the wiring to it.

Tun the ignition switch to RUN or START and see if you then have battery voltage.

You should have said so. Leaving out information as to what has been done guarantees wasted time.
