ORP but no skid plates...

I was just doing an oil change when under the truck I realized that it has no skid plates... I bought the truck as the ORP and also got the towing package... intrestingly enough- It does have the tranny cooler- and hitch and electrical connector. Maybe it isnt suppose to have skid plates??? Also, with 3057016 M/T and the 4.6 auto, how much weight can I pull. I am going to get a chip exhaust and electric fan... just curious. thanks

I thought the ORP's all came with 17" rims. Areyou sure sombody just didn't put a ORP sticker on it?

The ORP came with 17" 265/75-17's. The hitch and electrical connector would have been the tow package, not included in the ORP. Sounds to me like someone just stuck the stickers on there.

Happened to me. Bought my 97 used. It has the "off road" decal on the side but it did not include any of the options. It had 16 inch wheels, no skid plates. It did have the better shocks but thats because it had the towing package.
