Post phaser problems

Hey all. New member and have really appreciated all the advice ive read on here during my phaser lock out and replacement job. Just locked out my phasers and am now having a very rough start (chugging) that eventually stalls as the rpm drops. Exhaust smell is present.

I have a 2008 5.4L 3 valve f150 that started shaking and rattling at hot idle. Ended up replacing one phaser that had a pin completely sheered off. Locked out both of them and Re-instslled the other one as it looked perfectly fine and the truck is not worth much. I was very careful with marking the timing chain and putting them on the right part on both phasers. I did have to turn the engine slightly for each phaser to get it to line up.

While I was at it I replaced the water pump, thermostat, cam position sensor, and tensioner. Replaced 7 of the 8 spark plugs. The one furthest in on the passenger side was slightly rounded off and I could not get a good enough bite for how friggin tight it was. I did spray some penetrating lube on that plug but it should have disappated long before the boot was reinstalled. There was no reason to think it was failing, just wanted to change them.

Heres a video of the rough start. https://youtube.com/shorts/GW2ErpV49CE?feature=share My question is, did I mess up the timing, does it just need a tune, is it plugs? Or is it something else?

Thank you in advance.
Rob

A photo of both phasers in position. This is the orientation according to the marks made on chain and phaser. Is it correct?
