Check for codes. If you have the P1000, your computer may not be getting power. When my truck cranked but didn't start intermittently, it was the PCM relay causing the problem.

Sorry, Roadie, but I have to tell him to ignore part of what you posted. If the computer isn't getting power, it would be impossible to read codes. Now, the PCM Power Relay is a not uncommon reason for "Crank no start" issues and is usually mis-diagnosed as a PATS problem.

Unfortunately, the information provided is both contradictory and insufficient. If the engine cranks, there's power going to portions of both fuse boxes. The fuses named are ones that are only HOT IN RUN/START. Further, how can there "Starter solenoid terminal getting no power from the positive battery cable" when the test light clearly shows that there is power?

OP: Try again. Provide more detailed and complete information regarding observations. Look at your odometer, check engine light and the THEFT light when the ignition switch is turned from OFF to RUN.
