2010 Ford Truck F-150 XLT 4WD 4.6L FI SOHC 8cylhard down shift on inclines

Hello i have a 2010 Ford Truck F-150 XLT 4WD 4.6L FI SOHC 8cyl I purchased it with 112,000 miles on Jan 1st 2021 have put 28,000 on it i have changed the plugs and Cops have done routine maintenance changes etc. It down shifts hard on inclines almost like a gear is getting stuck or getting rear ended. Engine and trans have been looked at and both are supposedly fine it'll also sometimes do it on slight inclines and level ground. It will not do it when the pedal is floored going uphill it also wont do it at low speeds 55 and below on inclines. Talked to several mechanics nobody seems to understand what I'm talking about cant really replicate the issue in my town no hills in area with a speed limit high enough to reproduce hoping for a simple solution thanks in advance.

4.6 2 valve (4 speed) or 4.6 3 valve (6 speed)? Have you had the transmission fluid changed with the correct fluid? It needs to meet Mercon LV specs and it should be changed with a fluid replacement machine, not just a pan drop.

The transmission may need a software update.
