intake silecer removal
 

i have been reading alot about the removal of the intake silecer and the cutting of the maf sencor centerpost can any body tell me what is gained by this and is it simple to do thanks

Do a search for the MAF mods. Basically you are removing the restrictions in the unit itself and removing the backing plate so the element meters more air to keep it accurate. Works on 50% of people cars/trucks that try it.
