Having fuel issues with my 2003 Ford F-150 Lariat 4X4. Replaced fuel filter and installed new iac as well as cleaning the throttle body. When I start the truck it値l usually run for a few seconds then stall. If I press the accelerator it stalls immediately. I知 no master mechanic but I know my way around and engine ok. Especially older stuff before the computers took over the world. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading and have a fantastic day! 😉

 

FYI I did replace the fuel pump about a year ago. I知 getting fuel at least to the outlet side of the fuel filter.

 

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge at the fuel rail schrader valve. Auto parts stores may have one you could borrow or buy if necessary. I have one of those gauges for that purpose and if you are close to wilmington, nc, I'll check it for you.

 

I appreciate it bud but I知 all the way down in Galveston Texas. I had planned on buying a pressure gauge tomorrow as well as new injectors. I removed the old ones today and they are pretty bad. Have a good one and thanks again.
