I've got a 1999 Expy 4x4 with a 5.4 V8 and I found a 4x4 5.4 V8 F150 (totaled with intact engine) at an auction that if its engine works in my Expy I'm gonna try and get, I just need to know if these two are compatible.

 

Nope if it is a 3V engine which I assume it is.

 

Two different engines, transmissions and computers. Won’t work as a direct swap.
