When I first started my truck a few weeks ago, it would rev high and low, up and down until I turned the key back slightly. Now it does the same thing but revs high and stays there until I put it in gear. When we first got the truck we noticed a few hoses not connected and no oil cap. Also, the gas tank is regurgitating. Any advice is appreciated. T.I.A.
