I own a 2010 5.4, and she has lost a lot of power having a bad misfire and she won’t stay running at red lights I have to put it in neutral just so she don’t die out. I get it tested but it comes back as it’s good. We have replaced the fuel pump 3 times the throttle body sensor, spark plugs wires ect and we take it to people and they have no idea

 

Stalling in gear and keeping it running in Neutral to keep running is all you have to go on, here.
There has to be some indication of an issue. It's not good enough to say testing shows nothing when there is an issue.
Changing parts hoping to solve an unknown is not the way to go about it.
Sorry to take you through this but common sense must prevail first, then technical expertise to detect the issue.
.The engine has an electronic throttle control. Is there an issue with this unit? It controls Idle speed.
What does the long term fuel tables show when looked at with a Scanner? If there is an air leak into the intake system, the engine will run rich and stall because of the Richness.
You see, more expertise needs to be found to clear your issue.
At this point that's all I can offer you but to take a different path to solve the issue.
It's either being missed, on not properly diagnosed.
