Question Priming 4.6L 2v question

I have a 4.6L 2v on a stand that has 52k on it. I'ts going in a 97 f150 It was pulled with oil in the motor/pan but sat for several years on a stand so not a ton of oil is up in the heads/tensioners. Some oil is present on the cam lobes when spun by hand. I'm thinking there should be enough residual in there to get me going. So that being said I've drained the old oil from it and this is what I'm thinking I'll do, but wanted to check my thought process:
Fill pan with 5 quarts of oil, fill the oil filter with oil, get a syringe and some hose and shove it in the send to filter hole and squirt oil back in towards the pump so it's not 100% dry. Once in the truck, pull fuel pump fuse and crank a couple times to build pressure.

I would think seeing its not a brand new build and "some" oil coating is still present inside the engine this would be a fairly safe method and should get me oil pressure fairly fast.

I got the idea from this video:

Thoughts?

I would just pull the fuel pump hose fuse and crank it for a few seconds... then pop the fuse back in and be done with it.

You mean pull the fuel pump fuse.

You can also trip the inertia switch
