04 f150

Have an 04 f150 5.4 3 valve im trying to save.. only 63,000 miles
Will any 04-08 cam, followers and lifters work?? When I look it up they all say 05+ cams but never cam for the 04. I finally found one but they want twice as much for it and says 04 only.
I did cam phasers, oil pump, chains and plugs but oil light came on and off a few times after about 20 minutes of driving and now there's a slight squeak driver side hide. So instead of messing around I was just going to replace cam, followers and lifters and be done with it.
I will perform a oil pressure test today to.
just trying to save $ where I can and only want to replace drivers side and i hate taking off passenger side valve cover lol
any help please
Edit

I think it is highly recommended when replacing the phasers, etc, to install a higher volume Melling oil pump.

Ya when I did phasers and chains I put in a high volume pump..
I tried tried the diesel clean out trick and she runs good for 10-15 minutes now but low oil pressure comes on and she gets noisy..
Also a squeak from lifter/cam/roller so I can either take a swing at cam, lifter and roller replacement on driver side or full rebuild..
Thoughts?
Also no matter what I did my oil pressure tester read zero. I took out sensor by oil filter. But it squirts out good there and my understanding is it has to have 8psi or light will come on in dash which it doesn't until hot..

Just trying to get a direction. Compression test showed 180psi+ per cylinder
