Help with fuel problem

Hi all.
i have a 1997 f150 with a 4.6
I have 40 psi on rail and used a node light on injectors and it shows that they are firing but no fuel is coming out of any of them. Changed crank sencer ,cam sencer, filter, relays used ohm meter on everything that had a wire and all the fuses.
any help would be greatly appreciated

With 40 psi on one side of the injectors and the noid showing that they're firing, then either all of the injectors are 100% clogged or one of your previous observations isn't correct or is incomplete.
