2002 Valve Cover Confusion

So I have a 2002 F150 4.6 V8 Romeo build. I ordered a new valve cover for the right side (passenger) and the new cover has a 1/4 turn click PVC valve and oil cap. My previous one is a push in PVC valve and screw in oil cap. I'm having trouble finding the exact part number for the screw in version. I'm considering just getting a new oil cap and PVC valve to match this new valve cover because finding the screw in version of oil cap and push in PVC valve is driving me crazy. Has anyone encountered this issue? Also what's your take on just modifying that truck for different type of PVC valve. I don't want to mess anything up. The cover looks exactly the same except for those two different ways the cap and valve connect. Only other option is I get the correct part number if I got that wrong but I'm not sure how. Thanks
