2003 5.4 3v lost a cylinder - what would you do?

Thank you (again) for all the comments.

I won't buy cheap coils. I will carefully inspect and clean the ones I have.

Very happy that the truck I've taken care of will probably be with me for many more years to come..

I have a wholesale parts place right around the corner that I'll try first. There's also a very highly rated independent shop - I'm not afraid to do the work but I am always short on time. I'm going to call them tomorrow and see what they might charge to do it for me. More than willing to pay a couple of hundred bucks over the cost of parts to get this taken care of.

Be careful on Amazon and E-bay, there are a lot of people selling fake parts. Amazon used to only sell products they they sourced themselves but now they're opened it up to "independent" sellers so the counterfeiters are taking over.
