2007 F150 P2135 Code Help

Hi everyone. Got a 2007 F150 5.4 with a Whipple Supercharger. Occasionally, and it appears only at very light throttle, I get a wrench light, the motor starts misfiring terribly and Code 2135 is triggered. I immediately pull over, turn the truck off and restart and the problem is gone and the motor runs fine. This happens maybe once every few days. I have replaced the TPS AND the entire throttle body assembly. Any other suggestions on where I should look? Could it be a bad connector to the throttle body or the TPS? Any help is appreciated before I start spending $$$ with a shop to try and figure it out.

Thanks everyone.

Take a look at the sensor on the pedal itself.
