2007 f150 5.4 not getting signal to coils also starter does not disengage has new starter coils plugs

When i changed spark plugs and cleaned throttle also disconnected battery put every thing back together truck was missing bad . Changed all coils still did same thing . I took spark plugs back out cleaned reinstalled same thing and now starter staying engaged .I changed starter still staying engaged .I changed ignition switch and crank sensor checked all fuses and relays still will not run starter stays engaged and not getting signal to coils from pcm . Battery has 12.8 volts 14 when charged .Also visual checked all wires to pcm 2007 f150 5.4 124,000 miles my question is the pcm bad . please need help

 

Have you tried hooking the truck up to a OBD scanner? If so, any codes? Any communication problems?

How was it running before you changed the plugs and cleaned the throttle body?

 

Running ok but needed spark plug change with 120,000 on it . I went over my work checked everything.
