fault code P0340 P0345

Hello
When engine is hot and i put him in drive or revers then the engine runs rough or stall.
Already chanche the timing chains and the cam phasers.
Can someone help me out on this?

What year and what engine? What did you replace besides the timing chains and phasers?

The year is 2006 and its a 5.4 V8 3valves.
