Checking oil pressure
Where is it that you check the oil pressure at hot idle?? I have some limited tools and would like to see what my pressure is. I'm kinda old and most of this type motor is greek to me, THANKS Dallas

Find the oil pressure sender, it's near the oil filter. Unscrew it, screw in a T-fitting, reconnect the sender to one leg of the T and an electrical or mechanical oil pressure gauge into the other leg.
