Comp Cams Stage 5 Xtreme Energy XE278AH Camshafts" but id like to know would i have to build the whole block or what kind of things am going to have to upgrade in order to cam it i love the way a cammed motor sounds and id like to get some power out the 5.4 the cams themselves say they are for a 4.6 but the 5.4 and 4.6 share the same heads and cams apparently so id also like to know what all do the 4.6 and 5.4s share in common and what more could i do to bring out some more power from it i already made up my mind on some headers and tunning it but before it tuned id like to cam it so any input on this will be more than appreciated thank you.
