2004 5.4 3V cuts out under acceleration

Hey everybody. Have a 04 5.4 3v supercab with 60k miles(yes 60k original miles) starts, idles and runs great until you step into the throttle past 1/4 throttle, once it hits 1/4 throttle the truck acts like you have turned the key off, PATS light comes on and the cluster says check gauges. Went and got a scanner to see if there were any codes and found 5,

P2104
P0122
P0223
P2110
P2111

Based on those codes I have replaced the throttle body and the pedal sensor (and performed the PCM/TB relearn procedure) with no change in the running condition. I will be having the battery and Alternator tested locally soon I just haven't had the daylight to pull them, even though with a volt meter I have 12.3V at the battery off, and 13.9-14.5 running.

I have read many posts on here looking for solutions and have come across several helpful posts but nothing that fits all symptoms together. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm starting to lean towards a PCM but I'm really hoping there is a better/easier solution

Update: battery was bad alternator is good. Replaced the battery and still have the same condition. Doese anyone have know how much difference there can be between the accelerator commanded position versus actual throttle body position
