Horn noise

I have no way to explain this, but that noise was from the thermostat. Makes sense it would start once it began to open up and flow, but don't know what was causing it.

Air in the system may cause that.

I don't think that caused it. Coolant was full, and after draining radiator and having air in it from refilling, it wouldn't do it until the air was worked out of it. Nothing looks unusual with the thermostat.
