Spark plugs
I have a 2010 f150 with the 5.4. My question is when did they switch back to a one piece spark plug vs the two piece.

Another question. Once they fixed the plug issue, is there still an issue of removing them? Like seizing to the head.

No, never heard of a problem with them.
