This would be great on a long trip with a co-pilot working the laptop. I would not want to be next to the driver on the freeway fiddling with this computer while driving.
It IS cool technology, but I wonder if the cost would be worth any gain, or is it just another toy?

Talking Adjust your computer

Hello - I saw a film of a guy that had his onboard computer connected to a laptop computer. The lap top set on the seat next to him. As he was driving he could minipulate the trucks computer thru the laptop with a few key strokes and adjust the trucks settings to give him more power or better millage or whatever. Comming soon is a plug in device for your vechile that will allow you to alter your onboard computer as you drive. Get out on the highway and make it get super MPG, or in town make it get lots of power.
Aint High tech great?
