Camshafts digging in. Journals not getting oil?

I'm helping someone work on an 2001 f150 5.4l. He had it together and thinks it jumped time and broke a cam phaser off. Needless to say the cam dug into the journals. So we replaced the heads and it all looked and was working fine. On the test drive it lost power and died. Thought the engine was locked up but upon remove the valve covers and timing chain/cover found that the cams were froze up. We took them off and again they were dug in on most of the journals minus the few that you could tell had oil going to them. Not sure why it's not supplying the rest with oil. Ithe wire to the oil pressure sensor seems faulty, not sure if this would stop the oil from being sent.

How many miles on this engine? Have you measured the oil pressure? It would appear that the oil passage is plugged if the engine has sufficient oil pressure.
