Easy swap? 5.4L for a 4.6L?

Easy swap? 5.4L for a 4.6L?
When the time comes I'd like to replace my 4.6 with a 5.4, is this a simple engine replacement or do I have to swap additional items? Would like the option of using a Lightening supercharged engine or components.
