Will it fit and work?
I have an 04 FX4 with the 5.4 engine and I was wondering if the 6.2 engine would swap out? I figure a new acm is a for sure but how about all the other stuff?

Pray-tell, why a 6.2? The v10 6.8 would probably be a easier swap. IDK for sure.
If you have enough money, anything is possible. off the top of my head, the best route would you needing the entire wiring harness from the 6.2 as well as the transmission, drive line, ECM (presuming you meant that instead of acm) cooling system
