2008 5.4L Misfire

My truck is occasionally having a misfire when cold that goes away if I turn the engine off and back on. Any ideas what that could be? Runs fine otherwise...

FYI it is a Supercharged truck but not sure it is impacted by the Supercharger as it seems more like some kind of electrical or maybe emissions related item.

Thanks

How many miles on the spark plugs and coils? What exact brand and part number spark plugs are you using? Is yours the early 2 piece plug design or later 1 piece design?

Factory coils. Spark plugs are colder due to the supercharger. One piece design. What's weird is the problem cleared itself after I turned it off and on again. Thanks

Yes, but what brand and model plugs, and how many miles are on them?
