Hoping you with a bit more knowledge of these amazing machines can help me. Truck has a few modifications I'm trying to figure all out. Lots of wires plugs and pipes disconnected etc. No codes being thrown at all.

Imnguessing egr system has been bi-passed but there is no caps on some pipes. The pipes shown in pictures. The black hose is coming from the 2 recirculation pipes I javelin circled. Nether of those pipes are going anywhere justbs nine fumes into engine bay. Just wondering if anyone happens to know should they be capped or indeed routed somewhere.

I do have a hesitation on full throttle that I'm trying to chase down, doubt this is related but want to sort everything.
