i'm changing the guides and tensioners on a 2003 lincoln aviator 4.6 dual over head cam. I have removed the timing cover and found the guide on the passenger side lower to be bad. my problem is when i grabbed the guide it broke allowing the tension to be released. i heard a slight click like the cam had rolled back. What do i need to do now.
