I know in 99 they started to put PI heads on the 5.4. Will the 98 parts below work on the 99 with PI heads?

Questions I have are...
1- are the injectors the same?
2-are the coils(cop) the same?
3-are the rockers under the cams the same?

I wasn't sure if because the heads flow more air if the above were different. I would think the same but wanted to check.

pretty sure 98 pistons were either flat tops or had a smaller dish then the 99. If you use PI heads on a 98 you'll have to account for a bump in compression.
