Way overdue but finally got started on changing the plugs. Broke number 6 off and now when I try to thread the lisle pusher sleeve it will turn about three times and then release. It will thread and seat all the way down on number 5 but not 6. What I'm thinking is somehow the threads got messed up.
Im going to try using a thread chaser to clean the threads up this morning. If this fails what are my options? The broke plug is still down in there so it does keep debris from getting into the head.
Thanks in advance.

Would a Lisle 65000 work to re-thread if needed while the broke plug is in there? Its pushed all the way down so threads are exposed. Just not sure how far the 65000 pushes in? Don't want to push the broke plug into the head.

Got it out after buying three different chasers that didn't fit. Took the broke plug and lubed it up and used it as a chaser. After that lisle tool seated properly and worked like a charm.
What is the actual size of our threads? Every parts store seems to think 14 but that is too small.
