What other vehicles and years would it be OK to pull a 5.4 out of for my vehicle?

I am only going to use the long block. This is for an engine rebuild.

My truck is a 2001 F150 supercrew 5.4 4wd

I am thinking any 2v 5.4 with PI heads would do it, but I am not sure what other vehicles had that. Probably some vans, expeditions, F250, other year F150 (99-03 I think)?????

 

Supposedly 5.4's went PI in 1999 across the board, but the vans may not have PI for sure till 2000.

 

I wouldnt be surprised if some or all of the 3/4 and 1 tons didnt go PI until 2000 either
