engine noise

engine noise


My 5.4 v8 triton. Usually does this when crawling for a bit. Will rattle and sound like it's going to die until you give it gas anyone have any insight?

Is a 2010 f150 150 000km

Cam phasers, possibly due to low oil pressure.

OK. How do I find out of its low oil pressure?

The only accessible port is the oil sender above the filter.

You need a oil pressure test kit.
