2002 4.6 turns but wont start. when this happens the odometer don't work.turn key off and on until you see odometer mileage and it will start.any ideas.

 

When it's not working, is the THEFT light flashing?

 

Replace the PCM Power Relay.

Probably not. His symptom is that the PCM and the cluster aren't communicating with each other and that most often occurs when the power relay fails.

Could also be a few other things including an intermittent ignition switch or poor/corroded contacts for the PCM power diode and the fuses in that particular circuit.
