07 F150 4.6L 63k miles, rough idle

I just bought a 2007 F150 XLT with the 4.6L V-8. When it idling in park a Lil bit, but in drive sitting at idle, it's a little rough feeling. Both the place I purchased from and Ford Service center said it's normal with the 4.6L, that everything checks out on truck, no misfires, nothing. It's drives great. Anyone have any insight for me, is their any upgrades I can do to truck to increase performance. Thanks.

Change the spark plugs and put some Techron in the gas. To increase performance, get a programmer with some custom tunes.

Ok, should I just use regular Motorcraft plugs? And what about coil packs can you get any benefit out of them with higher voltages? And not arguing with your answers but iv heard everyone say plugs are good till 100k? And I just added seafoam to to tank, does what your referring to work better?

Only use Motorcraft plugs/coils

Don't waste time or money buying cheaper or "upgraded" aftermarket junk

Seafoam will eat your cats. Techron is the only additive approved by Ford.

Plugs are *supposed* to be good for 100k, but if it's not running right with 63k, I'd change them.
