04 ..5.4..notorious ticking

On my 04. 5.4 do I have cam phasers and lash adjusters ? Also where is the best place for step by step tech manuals to change the lash adjusters ?

If it's ticking, it's more likely the phasers than the lash adjusters.

Is it exhaust leaking at exhaust manifold. Fords were known for exhaust manifold cracking. I have a exhaust leak at the exhaust manifold gasket at the block causing ticking noise.
