truck wont fire need help!!
The OP stated the truck shut off going down the road, that would not be PATS. He also said he had a weak stream of fuel at the Schrader valve and it fired with ether, fuel filter has already been changed so I'm thinking fuel pump. Now as far as the security light blinking now I have no idea, but that was not the original problem, unless PATS can shut a vehicle down and I don't think it can.
PATS cannot shut down an engine after it is already running. It will prevent the fuel injectors from operating during a starting attempt if the security handshake fails.
As glc pointed out, there is no such thing as a security reset button.
You've already wasted time and money ignoring the advice the get a fuel pressure gauge choosing instead to replace perfectly good parts. Since you are not inclined to following directions, none will be offered.

well being that there was a weak stream of fuel coming from the valve why in the hell would i go fork out 115 bucks to rent a tool to only tell me i have no pressure from the valve? i figured and was told from the bright minds at orielly auto parts *** badass guy that he would suspect the regulator as well i didn't base my purchase off his advice just figured hey if it fixes my problem by spending 55 bucks on this part AWESOME!! but if it dont i know now i can rule this out and know its a new part. now i can focus and point fingers at the pump considering this would be the last thing to change.. will it cost more? yea no doubt but like i stated at least now i know that these are all new parts. as for the PATS SYSTEM (stupidest thing in the world) idk why it was triggered and keeping it from doing anything ive never had this problem with this truck with that crap...

So my fuel pump went out and I was messing with it turning the igniting on and off... my question is do you think I could've messed up the programming on the key to the point where the theft light keeps flashing cause it's not recognizing the key? I have done tried different things with the key leaving it on I'm just wondering if maybe I could've unprogrammed it or mixed it up. ..any help is appreciated....
My advise was and still is your problem has nothing to do with pats. you have a fuel system (bad pump) issue. If you dont replace the pump it will never run. Both my 99 ford anti theft light flashes all the time when parked. That means nothing.
